Welcome to our coffee haven, where exceptional quality and expert craftsmanship meet in every bean. Discover the finest coffee beans, sourced from the world's best coffee plantations, ensuring a unique and satisfying experience for every coffee enthusiast.
Patojita US is proud to bring you premium coffee sourced directly from the municipio de Inzá, in the Cauca region of Colombia. Nestled in the foothills of the Andes Mountains, this area is known for its lush landscapes, rich volcanic soil, and ideal climate, which create the perfect environment for cultivating some of the world’s most exceptional coffee beans. Inzá is a hidden gem in the coffee-growing world. The region’s high altitudes and diverse microclimates give rise to beans that are renowned for their complex flavors, balancing bright acidity with smooth sweetness. The careful cultivation of these beans results in a cup of coffee that is both rich and nuanced, offering a taste experience that can only come from this unique place.
At Patojita US, we are committed to sourcing our coffee from women coffee growers in the region. These women are integral to the coffee industry in Inzá, often managing every step of the process—from planting and harvesting to carefully processing the beans. By working closely with them, we ensure that the coffee we deliver is not only of the highest quality but also a product of empowerment and dedication.
Our beans, available as whole or ground, reflect the hard work and deep knowledge passed down through generations. Every sip of Patojita US coffee carries the story of these remarkable women and the beautiful, rugged land of Inzá—a place where tradition, sustainability, and a passion for excellence come together in every harvest.
Who we are
Patojita. Coffee with the Power of Women is a social impact project that contributes to improving the quality of life of Cauca's women coffee farmers and the sustainability of their territories through the creation of shared value generated by the transformation and commercialization of their special organic coffees: with extraordinary aroma and favor from ripe fruits that sprout from coffee plantations cultivated in the soils, waters, and mountains of southern Colombia.
